These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who request or receive delivery services from ICART Express.

ICART Express provides same day courier, medical and STAT courier, legal courier and court filing, LTL freight and heavy cargo, scheduled and dedicated fleet, and direct rush delivery services across major Texas metropolitan areas.

We carry items ranging from small document pouches to palletized freight. Service availability, pricing, and delivery windows are confirmed at the time a quote is accepted.

All quotes provided through our website or team are estimates based on the information you provide, including pickup and drop-off locations, package size and weight, service level, and timing.

Final pricing is confirmed when a delivery is scheduled. ICART Express reserves the right to adjust quotes if the actual shipment differs materially from the information provided.

Customers may not tender illegal substances, hazardous materials outside of approved medical specimens, stolen property, or any item prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

ICART Express reserves the right to refuse any shipment at its sole discretion.

ICART Express maintains commercial insurance and bonding on all deliveries. Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited in accordance with the agreed quote and applicable law.

Customers should declare the full value of high-value shipments at the time of booking to ensure appropriate coverage.

Cancellations made before a driver is sent may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. Once a driver has been sent, cancellation fees may apply.

Refund requests for service failures will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All content on this site is the property of ICART Express and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
